Summary: Michael Kasmiri is a medical doctor working at a local NGO in Tanzania called Management and Development for Health (MDH). He is responsible for the TB and HIV in adolescent and Youth program testing for HIV, initiation of ART, follow up, retention into care, HIV prevention to adolescent girls and young women most at risk through PrEP initiation and retantion, screening for TB among adolescents affected by HIV. Through this fellowship, Michael is hoping to acquire potential skills for the delivery and management of adolescent health and youth HIV prevention and treatment, including HIV prevention and treatment biomedical research focusing to adolescents.
