Dr. Elzette Rousseau

Ms Elzette Rousseau (Division Co-Lead, PhD Candidate) is a socio-behavioural scientist at the Desmond Tutu HIV Foundation. She is a research psychologist with extensive experience in programme design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Her research focus includes community-based sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services and PrEP delivery to key populations. She currently leads the implementation of Fast-PrEP, a bridge-to-scale project providing differentiated PrEP delivery to >20 0000 adolescents and young people.
